I'm a passionate talent development expert with 15 years of experience building learning strategies, designing learning experiences, launching large-scale learning programs, and managing teams. I make sure they know what success looks like and how to practice on their own. I give them more than presentations and lectures. And I manage the outside influences that will make or break their experience.
